Opening in july 2009! The new Iberotel Fleesensee opens on 01.07.2009 and is located in the middle of the idyllic Mecklenburg Lake District, directly on lake Fleesen. click image to enlarge Location The hotel is part of the "Land Fleesensee" and perfect for a relaxing wellness experience. A variety of facilities such as golf, tennis and riding, as well as the Fleesensee SPA are all available to guests. Also on the resort grounds are bicycle rental and a "market place" with a variety of shops. A free resort−shuttle is also available for hotel guests. The hotel is easily reachable from Hamburg, Berlin and Rostock. The Fleesensee connects to the Wannsee in Berlin and the Baltic sea which can be explored by sailboat or canoe. For sea−going’ guests we have our own pier directly in front of the hotel. Parking at the hotel is free. Transfer to and from the nearest train station (by prior appointment) is also free of charge. Your hotel The resort is in the perfect location for all 'lake lovers": the restaurant, saunas and many of our rooms have a panoramic view of the Fleesensee. The hotel is smoke free. Smoking is permitted in the Club Lounge area of the bar. Several times a week we have a program of evening entertainment. Our own bathing platform and private access to the lake invite you to go swimming. In the garden and on the shore, there are plenty of loungers and umbrellas, all for use at no extra charge. The nearest beach is about 500 metres away. Rooms Our comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms all have a balcony, shower, toilet, W−LAN (at no extra charge), telephone, flatsceen TV, minibar, safe, hair−dryer and make−up mirror: Double room, about 27 square metres, on the south side. Available as a single room. Double room, about 29 square metres with lake view. Available as a single room. Double room, about 36 square metres, north−west balcony with a reduced view of the lake. Available as a single room. Two disabled−friendly rooms available in this type. Comfort Suite overlooking the lake, about 44 square metres, 1st and 2nd floor, coffee/tea−maker. Executive Suite overlooking the lake, about 41−48 square meters, 3rd floor, with lake view, bath−tub, partly covered rooftop terrace, coffee/tea−maker. Penthouse suite overlooking the lake, about 61 square metres, 3rd floor, with lake view, bath−tub, partly covered rooftop terrace, coffee/tea−maker. For all suites, special in 2009: unlimited green−fees, bath−robe, bottle of water, early check in / late check out (subject to availability) when staying 3 nights or longer! Meals and drinks The main restaurant offers guests a varied buffet in the morning, with a 3−course menu in the evening. In addition, we have a smaller specialty restaurant featuring regional delicacies (requires reservation, guests booking half board may be charged an additional fee). We ask that guests dress appropriately for dinner. After an eventful day, unwind in our cozy bar or elegant lakeside terrace. The terrace has a program of events, such as BBQ (weather permitting). Sports and Wellness At no extra charge: Private jetty and beach, fitness room. Unlimited golf (only in 2009) for guests staying three nights or longer: we pay all green−fees! For a small fee: Sports programs such as Aqua fitness, Nordic walking, etc. Sports available at extra charge: Tennis, squash, horse riding and bicycle rental in the "Land Fleesensee." Watersports: catamaran sailing, canoeing, surfing, etc. on Fleesensee. Three 18−hole golf courses nearby, two 9−hole short courses are within walking distance. 20% green fee discount for hotel guests. Wellness at no extra charge: Large wellness area "Iberotel SPA" (800 square metres) including indoor pool with bubble benches, bio−sauna, sauna with lake view, sauna−garden, steam bath, herbal steam bath, quiet room with waterbed loungers. Wellness available at extra charge: Extensive beauty and massage program in the Iberotel SPA.
