TUI presents awards to 100 most popular hotels in 2019

The description of the hotel in the brochure may sound absolutely delightful, the photos perfectly inviting – yet the decisive criterion for many people when choosing a holiday hotel is the opinion of guests who have already been there. TUI, Germany’s leading tour operator, every year carries out the biggest survey in the tourism industry to assess the quality and service of some 8,000 holiday hotels around the world on the basis of the opinions of around 500,000 customers. The 100 best hotels win the coveted hotel award, the “TUI Holly 2019“.
